Toll Violations

To avoid additional fines and fees, please read the information below carefully, paying particular attention to the location of the toll plazas.

The RMA does not currently have the capability to accept toll payments online or over the telephone.

For violations or Unpaid Toll Receipts at gated plazas. (If you have lost your Unpaid Toll Receipt, please include your license plate number and vehicle description):

• Powhite Parkway Mainline

• Downtown Expressway Mainline

• Boulevard "Nickel" Bridge

• Canal (11th) Street Ramps

• Second (Belivdere) Street Ramps

• Douglasdale Ramps

  Please include your payment, name, date of violation, and license plate number with payment. If you received an Unpaid Toll Receipt, please include it with your payment.

For violations at ungated lanes:

• Powhite Parkway Express (ORT) lanes

• Downtown Expressway Express (ORT) lanes

• Once this violation occurs, the RMA cannot accept toll violation payment from the motorist.
